Your life has changed. You have changed. Maybe it's time your life caught up.
There comes a point when the life you've been living doesn't quite fit anymore.
Nothing necessarily has to be wrong.
You can be grateful for your life and still want something different.
You can love what you've built and recognize that you've outgrown parts of it.
You can be proud of the woman you are and feel a pull toward the woman you're becoming next.
Maybe you're navigating a transition.
Maybe you've been so busy that you haven't stopped to ask yourself what you want in a while.
Maybe there are decisions you've been circling for months.
Maybe you have ten different things you want to change and no idea which one actually matters.
Maybe you've accomplished goals you once dreamed about...only to realize you're ready to dream again.
Or maybe you can't quite put your finger on it. You just keep thinking: I want my life to feel different.
I want my life to feel more intentional. More fulfilling. More expansive. More like you.
That's where The Life Edit begins.
What if you could step outside your life long enough to see it more clearly?
To stop reacting to what's directly in front of you and zoom out.
To look at the way you're spending your time, what you're prioritizing, the goals you're chasing, the relationships you're nurturing, the habits you've created, the things you're tolerating, and the dreams that keep tugging at you.
And ask:
Is this still what I want?
If not, what would I love instead?
Imagine knowing what this next chapter is actually about…
Knowing what deserves your energy — and what doesn't anymore.
Finally making the decision you've been going back and forth about.
Understanding what you want beneath all the expectations, "shoulds," and noise.
Seeing the patterns or beliefs that have quietly been keeping you in the same place.
Feeling connected to a vision of where you're going again.
And leaving with tangible next steps for beginning to create it.
That's a Life Edit.
The Life Edit
*
The Life Edit *
Your life is made up of the way you live it every day.
Your mornings. Your work. Your relationships. Your routines. Your environment. Your health. Your priorities.
The promises you make to yourself. The things you keep saying "someday" about. The dreams you allow yourself to have. And the version of yourself you believe you're allowed to become.
Individually, these things can feel small. But together, they become your life.
The Life Edit gives you space to step out of the day-to-day and look at all of it with intention.
What do I want to keep?
What have I outgrown?
What do I want more of?
What needs my attention?
What am I ready to change?
What would I love to create?
And who am I becoming next?
The Life Edit experience
The Life Edit is a private coaching experience designed to help you take inventory of the life you're living, create a vision for the life you want, and identify the intentional edits that begin bringing the two together.
Because meaningful change isn't only about asking:
What do I need to do differently?
We also have to ask:
Who am I becoming?
Depending on what comes up for you, your Life Edit might explore:
-
What do you want from your work now?
-
Who and what do you want more of?
-
How do you want to feel in your everyday life?
-
Does the way you're living support the life you want?
-
What makes you feel alive?
-
Does your space support the way you want to live?
-
Does the way you're spending your time reflect what matters to you?
Every Life Edit has two parts:
01 | The life you're creating.
02 | The woman you're becoming.
You can change your routines. Set the goal. Make the vision board. Start the business. Apply for the job. Change the relationship.
But sustainable change asks something deeper of us, too.
Who is the woman living the life you say you want?
How does she think? What does she believe is possible? What does she prioritize? What does she trust herself with? What decisions does she make? How does she respond when something feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or uncertain?
THAT’S your Next-Level Self.
She's not some perfect future version of you. She's you — with expanded capacity, deeper self-trust, new evidence, different patterns, and a willingness to make choices that align with where you're going.
And you don't have to wait until you've achieved the goal to become her. You begin practicing being her now.
That's why during your Life Edit, we'll look at both:
What needs to change around you — and what needs to shift within you.
The Life Edit Method
-
Before we meet, you'll complete your guided Pre-Session Life Edit Reflection.
You'll take an honest look at your life as it exists today:
What's working? What's draining you What feels fulfilling? What have you outgrown? What keeps taking up mental space? What are you tolerating? What do you want more of?
This is about getting honest enough to see what deserves your attention.
-
What would you love instead?
It's difficult to intentionally create a life you haven't allowed yourself to imagine.
So we'll move beyond what you want to change and into what you want to create.
We'll explore how you want your next chapter to look and, just as importantly, how you want it to feel.
Depending on where our conversation takes us, I may guide you through visualization and future-self work to help you step outside of your current circumstances and connect with a bigger picture of what's possible.
This is where clarity begins turning into possibility. -
What needs to change?
Once we know where you are and where you want to go, we can identify the gap between the two.
Together, we'll untangle decisions, uncover patterns, challenge old beliefs, identify priorities, and determine the edits that could create the most meaningful shift.
This is where we turn awareness into decisions. -
How do you begin becoming her now?
Knowing what you want is powerful. Living differently is where your life begins to change.
We'll identify the actions, choices, boundaries, habits, beliefs, and identity shifts that help you start closing the gap between the life you're living and the life you're envisioning.
And within 72 hours of our session, you'll receive your personalized Life Edit Plan capturing the most important pieces of our work together.
Because I don't want you to leave our session with a page of notes and a temporary burst of motivation.I want you to know how to start living the edit.
Because you probably don't need more information.
You've listened to the podcasts. Saved the posts. Read the books. Made the lists. Set the goals. Maybe you've even made the vision board.
You probably already know a lot about what you could do. The harder part is hearing yourself clearly underneath all of that information.
What do I actually want? And am I willing to start choosing it?
That's where coaching changes the conversation.
My job isn't to give you another formula for how your life should look.
It's to ask the questions that help you hear yourself.
To notice what you can't always see when you're standing inside your own life.
To challenge the stories that may have quietly become rules.
To help you reconnect with what's possible.
And then to help you turn that clarity into decisions and action.

Hi, I'm Samantha.
Hello!I'm Samantha Melendez McManus, a Certified Professional Coach who helps women get clear on what they want, reconnect with themselves, and intentionally create lives that actually feel good to live.
Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade building a career in communications, PR, media, and marketing. From the outside, I had checked many of the boxes I thought I was supposed to check.
Then my own life started asking me bigger questions.
That journey eventually led me through a year-long professional coaching certification, a complete career change, entrepreneurship, identity shifts, moves across the country, marriage, fertility challenges, and motherhood.
I've had to meet new versions of myself over and over again.
And one of the biggest things I've learned — both personally and through years of coaching women — is that we are allowed to keep editing our lives as we evolve.
Today, my work brings together professional coaching, Next-Level Self and identity work, nervous system awareness, visualization, manifestation, vision boarding, mindset, goal setting, and practical action.
I've coached women through career changes, relationships, confidence, boundaries, big decisions, identity shifts, and personal reinvention.
I've led vision boarding, goal-setting, and empowerment workshops for organizations and communities around the world and shared my vision boarding expertise on national television.
But regardless of what brings someone into my world, the work ultimately comes back to the same thing:
Get clear on the life you want.
Become the woman who creates it.
Make the edits that bring the two together.
Because I don't want to help you create a life that simply looks good from the outside…
I want to help you create one that actually feels good to live.

FAQs
What if I don't know what I want?
Then you're in the right place!
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly articulated vision.
Part of our work together is separating what you genuinely want from the expectations, "shoulds," fear, and overthinking that can make clarity difficult.
What if I want to work on several areas of my life?
That's exactly why I created this as a Life Edit rather than a session focused on one specific problem.
We'll zoom out first and look at the bigger picture. Then we'll identify the few areas that could create the most meaningful shift right now.
You don't have to change everything at once to change the way your life feels.
Is this just goal setting?
No.
Goals may become part of your Life Edit, but we'll go deeper than creating a list of things to accomplish.
We'll explore what you want, why it matters, who you're becoming, what may be getting in the way, and what realistic actions begin closing the gap between your current life and the one you're envisioning.
Your next chapter isn't something you have to wait for.
You can begin creating it now.
You can take inventory of what is. Get honest about what you want. Allow yourself to imagine what could be. Decide what you're ready to change. And begin showing up as the woman who can create it.
You don't need to overhaul your entire life. You just need to make the next edit.
