Have you ever felt like something's not quite in sync between where you are and where your heart wants to be? If so - I can relate.

MY JOURNEY

Let me take you back to a time when I felt completely out of sync with my own life. Despite a successful career in communications, I knew deep down that there was more to my purpose. The daily corporate grind wasn't enough – there was a bigger picture waiting for me beyond promotions and paychecks. Now, there is nothing wrong with this life, but for me, my soul desired to make a bigger impact - one that the corporate world couldn't provide.Perhaps you've felt that tug, that inner voice – your intuition – urging you towards something greater?

In 2015, everything changed when I experienced a panic attack at my corporate job. That moment shook me to my core, prompting me to take control of my life, move beyond my victim energy, and make the changes required to step into a more aligned and fulfilling version of not only my life, but more importantly myself. As I embraced my true worth and shifted my identity, the Universe seemed to offer guidance…as it always does. The guidance led me to a new path, involving moving across the country and enrolling in an ICF-accredited coach training program through iPEC. This new journey beautifully combined my intuition and empathy with my professional experience.

Since then, and over the course of many years of doing the inner work, I have transformed my life. I started approaching life with a fresh outlook, aligned with my values and goals. I began designing a life that truly resonated with me – not just with my family, friends, and society.

now, let’s talk about your JOURNEY

Here is the thing – designing your dream life isn't about fitting into someone else's mold. It's about finding your own purpose, a compass guiding you toward fulfillment. While this might sound a bit abstract, research shows purposeful living has a real impact on our wellbeing. People who navigate life with a clear sense of purpose not only tend to experience higher job satisfaction, but also are less susceptible to feelings of anxiety and depression. Remarkably, a strong sense of purpose has also shown associations with increased longevity.

Designing a life you truly want involves actively reflecting on your life. This journey urges you to honestly assess your interests, values, skills, and even your social interactions, and then choose actions and behaviors that align with the version of yourself you aspire to be. It's a deeply personal process, one that you uniquely craft. And the benefits of creating your dream life aren't reserved for a select few; anyone willing to invest time, energy, and effort can reap its rewards. To guide you, here are 3 actionable steps to steer your journey of manifesting your future.

Step 1 — GET TO KNOW YOURSELF

In a world where external validation often overshadows our inner authenticity, it's important you identify what truly matters to you - your core values. Think of it as finding hidden gems within your everyday experiences. Remember those moments of pure joy and when you felt in flow? Those moments are guiding you toward what truly lights you up. Here is a list of core values to help you get started on this journey.

Step 2 — ALIGN YOUR GOALS WITH VALUES

Imagine your life a few years from now. If nothing changes, are you on the path you desire? If not, it's time to chart a course towards your next-level life. Do this by setting clear goals that reflect your core values. Research shows goals that are aligned with core values are better for your overall well-being. Here is a value-based goal example: If one of your core values is Spirituality, a goal might entail dedicating time each day for meditation or engaging with texts.

Step 3 — SHARE AND VISUALIZE YOUR GOALS

Once you've uncovered your core values and create value-based goals, enlist support from those around you – friends, family, mentors! Sharing your goals and next steps adds an element of accountability. And don't underestimate the power of visualization! Be sure to picture yourself living your dream life, feeling what it would feel like to live in alignment with your goals and values. That's where the magic happens!
