10 Must-Read Books for Self-Discovery
I'll admit it! am a self-proclaimed self-help book junkie. I’ve been this way as far as I can remember. It’s no wonder I found myself in the life coaching profession!
I truly find books incredibly inspiring. The most powerful books have the ability to influence the way we think, teach us, give us new perspectives, shape us and take us on new adventures.
If you’re looking for words of wisdom to pump up your own bookshelf, or crave new ideas on how to find your purpose and step into your Truth as we enter the new year, don’t worry – I’ve got you, beauty!
Here are 10 of my favorite books that have changed my life for the better:
1. The Crossroads of Should and Must: Find and Follow Your Passion by Elle Luna
I love this book! This is one the books that actually lead me to discover my own passions and purpose. Who hasn’t asked the question “How can I find and follow my true calling?” Elle Luna frames this moment as “standing at the crossroads of Should and Must.” “Should” is what we feel we ought to be doing, or what is expected of us. “Must” is the thing we dream of doing, our heart’s desire. The lessons help readers relinquish the need to control so they can relax into a sense of certainty and freedom. You can buy the book here.
